STREET LIFE MINISTRY
It has been a huge blessing to be a part of the lives of those taking daily steps to distance themselves from the call of the streets. Beyond simply witnessing how people live their lives, we actively offer practical assistance—providing food, clothing, and essential supplies—to meet the immediate physical needs of those living without shelter.
But our outreach goes far beyond material aid. It’s about building genuine connections, offering a listening ear, and sharing words of encouragement and hope. We approach each encounter with sensitivity and respect, understanding that every individual’s journey is unique.

Our mission is to convey a message of love, redemption, and grace, reflective of Christ’s teachings. We offer prayer, spiritual support, and guidance—helping individuals find comfort and strength in faith, even in the toughest circumstances.

This street outreach is not just a one-time effort, but a sustained commitment to building relationships and trust within the street community. Our presence is a constant reminder to those we serve that they are not forgotten—that there is a community that cares, and a loving God who cherishes them.
Through these efforts, we aspire to be the hands and feet of Jesus on the streets—bringing light to dark places and hope to hearts that may have lost it. Our ministry’s outreach is a testament to the power of compassionate action guided by faith, making a tangible difference in the lives of individuals living on the street.

We remind them: “You are created in the image of God. You are not rejected, but accepted in Christ. God loves you as you are.” In God’s eyes, everyone is equal.
We talk with them. Often, we are moved to tears as we listen to their stories and pray with them. We do what we can to meet their needs, but our hearts often break with the desire to do more than our resources allow.
We deeply appreciate your prayers and support as God continues to call us into a greater role in the lives of these precious people.

Women face the hardest struggles, starting from childhood. They often marry very young, sometimes as teens. Many marry while still children, leading to early pregnancies and health issues. Most children are undernourished and lack proper schooling. This is because the community holds tightly to old traditions and beliefs. There are no good facilities or programs to teach kids morals, discipline, or ethics.
Today, about 30 families live in the foothills of Mohamadwadi. The Banjaras ministry is part of the Arise and Shine Foundation. Mr Vinod Sharma, Mr Sebastian, and Bro Reuel have joined with this organization to help.

What We Expect
How do we make a difference?
We lead people to Christ and share the Gospel. We work to restore lost and broken men, women, and children, —when possible—help reconcile them with their families.
When We Serve
We serve the street community mostly in the evenings, when the needs are often greatest and many have nowhere else to turn. During these times we talk, listen, pray, and share the message of Jesus—His love, His hope, and His power to restore.
Stand Up
We go into targeted areas, speaking with men and women on the streets, praying for them, and offering whatever help we can. We are committed to standing up for those often overlooked, providing care, support, and the message of Christ’s love.
